Every price on this site is a starting figure and is labelled as such. Final pricing depends on lot size, driveway length, and what the property actually needs, and is only binding once we have quoted your specific property in writing.
Nothing on this site is an offer of a contract. Submitting the quote form does not create a service agreement.
Content and photography
The text, photography, and design on this site belong to us. Customer names appear with permission. Customer accounts described in our own words are summaries, not verbatim quotations; star-rated reviews come directly from Google and belong to their authors.
Availability and accuracy
We keep this site accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free or continuously available. Service windows, trigger depths, and included features can change between seasons; the terms of your own plan are the ones in your Service Agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont.
