Services
Three services, arranged around one year.
Lawn from May. Cleanups in April and October. Snow from November. Take any one of them on its own, or take the year.
May 1 – Oct 31
Lawn Maintenance
Cut every week, on the same day, without you arranging it.
Your property goes on a route. We arrive on the same day each week from the first cut in May to the last one in October, mow at the height the grass actually wants, trim what the deck cannot reach, and blow the clippings off every hard surface before we leave. You get a text when we are on the way and another when we are done.
- Weekly mow on a fixed service day
- String-trimming around beds, posts, and foundations
- Blow-off of drives, walks, and patios
- Cut height adjusted through the season
- Clippings dispersed, not bagged, unless you ask
April and October
Seasonal Cleanups
The two visits that bracket the year, both already on the calendar.
Spring cleanup pulls the winter off the property: matted leaves, sand thrown up by the plow, branches down over the winter, and the markers that came out of the driveway. Fall cleanup does the reverse — leaves off the lawn and beds before the snow sets on top of them, gutters and hard surfaces cleared, beds cut back. Both visits are included in a seasonal plan, so neither one is a decision you have to make.
- Leaves cleared from lawn, beds, and hard surfaces
- Winter sand and plow debris removed
- Fallen branches and storm debris hauled off
- Bed edges redefined and perennials cut back
- Driveway markers set in fall, pulled in spring
Nov 1 – Apr 30
Snow Plowing
We dispatch at 2". You do not have to ask, or wonder.
Before the first storm we walk your driveway and set markers along the edges, so the blade knows where the pavement ends even under a foot of snow. From then on the trigger does the work: at 2" of accumulation your property is dispatched automatically. No call, no text from you, no per-storm invoice. During a long storm we come back as the storm requires rather than once it is over.
- Automatic dispatch at 2" accumulation
- Driveway markers set each fall and pulled each spring
- Return visits during long-running storms
- Text alert when the driveway has been cleared
- Windrow at the mailbox and apron cleared back
Bundled
Most people end up taking all three.
A year-round membership covers lawn, both cleanups, and snow on a single flat rate — and costs less than buying the two seasons separately.
