The guarantee
If we miss you, you don't pay for it.
You are three hours away and the storm came in overnight. That is the moment this business exists for. If a scheduled visit does not happen and we did not tell you why before you noticed, that visit comes off your invoice. You do not file anything, you do not call to argue about it — we are already tracking every service date on your property, so we know before you do.
Customers
Real properties, real roads, real winters.
Every one of these is a Valley homeowner who stopped managing their property by text message.
Handled — even before you ask
Winter is where trust actually matters. Glenn did not want to wonder whether his driveway would be passable, or find himself calling someone mid-storm. What stood out was not only the plowing — it was knowing the plan in advance and having the driveway handled without chasing an update.

I always know what's happening, without having to ask
Barbara did not want to check the weather, send follow-up texts, or wonder whether her property was on the schedule. She gets a message the day before service, the work happens when expected, and there is no guessing involved.

We just wanted to show up and enjoy the house
When Byron moved into a new home, coordinating lawn care — even temporarily — turned into more work than expected. He needed someone dependable to step in and keep the property running while he settled in.

Questions
The things people actually ask.
What if it snows overnight?
Nothing changes on your end. Storms are watched around the clock through the season, and when accumulation crosses the trigger your property is dispatched automatically — including at 3am. You get a text once the driveway is clear.
What's the trigger depth?
Two inches of accumulation. Below that we generally leave it, because plowing an inch of snow does more harm to a driveway surface than the snow does. During a long storm we come back as it builds rather than waiting for it to end.
Do you need to be home?
No, and most of our members are not. That is the point of the plan. We need access to the property and a note about anything we should stay clear of; after the walkthrough, everything runs without you.
What happens in a drought?
When the grass stops growing, we stop cutting it — mowing dormant turf damages it. The visit stays on the calendar and we trim and blow as needed. Your rate does not change, because the season is priced as a whole rather than by the visit.
Can I add services mid-season?
Yes. Add walkway shoveling, a cleanup, or move from Standard to Premium from inside your portal, and it takes effect on the next scheduled visit. The added service is prorated across whatever is left of the season.
What if I sell the house?
Tell us the closing date and we stop at the end of that service period, with the unused portion of the season refunded. If the buyer wants to keep the plan, it transfers with the property and they take over from closing.
