Privacy Policy

What this website collects, why, and who it goes to. Short version: we collect what we need to quote and service your property, and nothing else.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form on this site, we collect only the fields on that form:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • The property address and town you want serviced
  • Whether the property is a primary residence, second home, or rental
  • Which membership you are interested in
  • Anything you type into the optional notes field
  • Your consent to receive service text messages, and the exact wording you agreed to

What we collect automatically

Our form submission service records the page URL the form was sent from, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. These are stored with the submission and used to identify and block automated spam.

The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects device and interaction data in order to score the submission as human or automated. That processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms.

We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Text messages

The SMS consent checkbox on our form is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of getting a quote. The exact language you agree to is:

"I agree to receive service and scheduling text messages from Eagle Lawn & Snow at the number above, including messages sent by an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."

You can stop service texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service — it only stops the messages.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are retained while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records. Customer records are retained for as long as you are a member and as long afterward as tax and business record requirements demand.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the service providers that make the business run — our form and email delivery provider, our scheduling and billing software, and our payment processor — and with nobody else, except where we are legally required to.
