Eagle Lawn Maintenance & Management works out of Waitsfield, across the Mad River Valley and into Washington County. Most of our customers are not standing there when the work happens — and the whole company is arranged around that fact.

Most property services are built around the customer being home.

You call, someone comes out, you agree on a price, you pay for that visit. That works fine if you are there. It falls apart the moment your house sits empty Monday through Thursday, or all of March, and a storm arrives while you are four hours south.

So we do not sell visits. We sell a season. Your property is walked once, priced once, and added to a route — then it is mowed weekly through the summer and plowed at 2" of accumulation through the winter, whether or not anyone is there to notice.

The other half of it is telling you. A text before we arrive and after we finish, a weekly recap, photographs of the finished work, and every scheduled date visible in your portal months ahead. Not because it is impressive, but because the alternative is you wondering.

How we work

One flat seasonal rate: Priced from lot size and driveway length, then held for the season. No per-storm charges and no invoice that changes because the winter was hard.
Routes, not call-outs: We only take on properties that sit on a route we already drive. It is why the pricing works and why the timing is reliable.
You hear from us first: If something changes — weather, timing, a problem on the property — you find out from us before you find out by looking.
Licensed and insured in Vermont: Fully covered for the work we do, on residential and light commercial property alike.
