Cut every week, on the same day, without you arranging it.
Your property goes on a route. We arrive on the same day each week from the first cut in May to the last one in October, mow at the height the grass actually wants, trim what the deck cannot reach, and blow the clippings off every hard surface before we leave. You get a text when we are on the way and another when we are done.
What’s included
- Weekly mow on a fixed service day
- String-trimming around beds, posts, and foundations
- Blow-off of drives, walks, and patios
- Cut height adjusted through the season
- Clippings dispersed, not bagged, unless you ask
Quoted separately
- Fertilizer, seeding, and weed control are quoted separately
- Irrigation and tree work are not part of a lawn plan

About lawn maintenance
What happens in a drought?
When growth stops, cutting stops — mowing dormant grass damages it. We keep the visit on the calendar, walk the property, trim and blow as needed, and skip the mow. Your seasonal rate does not change, because the plan is priced across the whole season rather than per visit.
Do you need to be home?
No. Most of our lawn customers are not there when we are. We only need access to the property and a note about anything we should stay clear of.
