Memberships

One rate. One setup. Twelve months handled.

A membership is a standing arrangement, not a series of bookings. You are priced once for the season, put on a route, and told what happened after each visit.

What's included

Everything you'd otherwise have to ask for.

A plan is not just the work. It is knowing the work happened, from wherever you are, without sending a text to find out.

  • Texts before and after

You know when we're coming and when we're done.

  • Weekly email updates

A short recap every week the crew is out.

  • Your service calendar

Every scheduled date in your portal, months ahead.

  • Pay and request online

Settle invoices, add a service, all in the portal.

  • Automatic billing

One card on file. No invoices to chase, no late fees.

The guarantee

If we miss you, you don't pay for it.

You are three hours away, and you have no idea whether anyone showed up this week. That is the moment this business exists for. If a scheduled visit does not happen and we did not tell you why before you noticed, that visit comes off your invoice. You do not file anything, you do not call to argue about it — we are already tracking every service date on your property, so we know before you do.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

  • How often do you mow?

Weekly through the growing season, May through October. Every visit includes trimming around beds, foundations, and obstacles, and blowing the hard surfaces clean before we leave. In a dry stretch when the grass stops growing we stop cutting it — mowing dormant turf damages it — but the visit stays on the calendar and your rate doesn't change.

  • What if it snows overnight?

Nothing changes on your end. Storms are tracked through the season, and once accumulation passes three inches your property is dispatched without you calling. We clear at the end of the storm rather than part-way through it. On a long storm that drops two feet, we make passes as it builds so the driveway never gets away from us. You get a text once it's clear.

  • What's the trigger depth?

Three inches of accumulation on residential properties. Below that we generally leave it, because plowing a shallow snow does more harm to a driveway surface than the snow does. We clear once the storm has finished — a six-inch storm gets one pass at the end, not three passes while it's still falling.

  • Do you need to be home?

No, and most of our members are not. That is the point of the plan. We need access to the property and a note about anything we should stay clear of; after the walkthrough, everything runs without you.

  • What happens in a drought?

When the grass stops growing, we stop cutting it — mowing dormant turf damages it. The visit stays on the calendar and we trim and blow as needed. Your rate does not change, because the season is priced as a whole rather than by the visit.

  • Can I add services mid-season?

Yes. Add walkway shoveling, a cleanup, or move from Standard to Premium from inside your portal, and it takes effect on the next scheduled visit. The added service is prorated across whatever is left of the season.

  • What if I sell the house?

Tell us the closing date and we stop at the end of that service period, with the unused portion of the season refunded. If the buyer wants to keep the plan, it transfers with the property and they take over from closing.
